I truly love all 7 of these "beastly" idols men so much. I've been supporting them since the beginning and will always support these guys. They never ceases to amaze me. I love everything from their singing, acrobatic dancing skills, to their wild personality. I wish them the best of luck with their next album. The fallen star left Korea on September 8th, 2009 on an afternoon flight at Incheon Airport with over 500 fans literally screaming, crying, and begging for him not to go. Since the scandal broke out, much controversy has stirred up in the Korean and online community with hate and support forums popping up everywhere. Rumors had been spiraling that Jay was leaving 2PM but JYP announced that he would be staying with the group, leaving fans relieved, only to have the moment shortened by a guilt ridden Jay who announced he would be leaving the group to take responsibility as a leader and to no longer put the group through more trouble. Reports from Korea puts the blame mainly on the online community, saying that they took a small mistake and blew it out of proportion, pushing Jay over the limit and caused him to resign with their hate forums and blogs that mushroomed out of control, although many have expressed their positive opinions about him. One netizen even said, "I am not a fan of 2PM but I am a fan of music. I admit what Jaebeom said was wrong but it is undeniable that the guy is super talented and thus he should be forgiven." With Jaebeom leaving Korea and stepping down as leader, new rumors are spiraling that Junho will be taking over as leader of 2PM. How this will affect the group and its schedule is unclear but one thing is for sure; it will never be the same again. Jaebeom reportedly arrives at 12:40PM PST in Seattle. Many fans both in Korea and worldwide are in hysterics, and rumors have been flying off the roof. Though it's heartbreaking for many to see this talented leader leave, the dust has yet to settle and we are still waiting on further official reports from JYPE. I can totally understand that he felt like he doesn't belong in S.Korea and he had to be true to himself. I can hardly imagine how the group will fonction without him... can't see Junho taking his place. Wooyoung should take the leader spot and I hope Junsu will get more spotlight!!!! First of all, although many people have sent their encouraging words to Jaebeom, he hasn’t changed his mind; thinking he made a huge mistake. He said that he is still very sorry and too ashamed to be on the stage. He also told me that since other 2PM members have worked so hard, they should not be affected by this in any negative ways. That’s why he left 2PM so quickly.I think the same way as Jaebeom. The reason why I didn't stop him from leaving is because I thought whether Jay being in 2PM or not now won’t be that big deal when you look at his life as a whole. Some think 4 years of his hard working has been destroyed, but his skills that were built up in 4 years are still remained in his body.If Jaebeom receives a chance to grow up and become more mature by this incident, he will be able to fly even further later on. As criticism against Jay was way too harsh, requesting to revoke Jay's resignation is asking for too much as well. It’s my role to respect his opinion wanting to have his time alone apart from the stage, and help him later when he says he wants to be on the stage again.I think you should give him supports by then. Again, I apologize for not being able to manage and protect him well. Hime Posted October 15, 2009 Share Posted October 15, 2009 Moony, you don't have an idea how much I miss your posts on guy-musicians so much has happend to 2PM lately and I really don't have anybody to exchange thoughts with... it's so sad to see them on stage! Jae literly left a hole that's cannot be filled and I just anxious to know how they'll revolve from now on. Junsu has a fantastic voice, he's a big fave of mine, I pray for him to double his singing parts in the songs :evil: Khun is also doing fine, he can leave the group(mean joke) and do solo in Thailand 'cause he already earned the heart and support of many Thai fans! check this out, that's so cool makes wanna go to Thailand just because Khun tells me to do so beautiful voice! I've been hearing rumours lately that 2PM's comeback for their albums, will have a group with seven members. So...Jay or a new guy? Im really hoping it's Jay. I know the other guys really do matter and are important, but you cant really deny that he brought this air, charisma to the group that without him is just not the same. It's been a few months already and I'm still really sad/mad about the whole situation. You take a fustrated teen from the states and put him into a totally new environment, of course he's going to be upset. Maybe his choice of words about his situation as a trainee weren't the best, but let's face it, that's how many American teen's talk. Jay really did "make" the group. Every single one of them was so close to him, and he always brought a fresh, positive attitude to everything. I've been watching all of the variety shows they did together, their performances, and interviews as a 7 person group and they were all so happy. Now, they do smile and laugh, but it's not the same. You can see pain in their eyes everytime they achieve something without Jay being there. I just really hope he decides to come back once 2PM is ready to promote a new album. Since the controversy, they've been really recognized and escalated in popularity with their "Heartbeat" promotions. I hope to see 7 members again someday when Jay is ready to be back. The "Hottests" (their fanclub) I think need to let the boys have room to breathe. Jay shouldn't be forced back to the group because of their selfishness. Anyways, they performed at the 2010 Seoul Music Awards and WOW!
