Last weekends dinners, because we just went to a lot of parties. First one was a BBQ, second one was roasted pork (with the perfect amount of crackle ) This was fried squid, I had that a few days back and good god I love me squid (Not exactly an appealing pic though) Todays lunch down nearby the wharf, grilled salmon, fries, some scallops (they weren't exactly generous with their portion of fries but eh, the salmon was so delicious and juicy I didn't give much of a damn) Some chocolate bun I got in an Asian bakery, I didn't know what to expect of it but it was basically a chocolate donut in a different shape, a couture donut? Kevork89 Posted December 6, 2014 Share Posted December 6, 2014 Hey all. Howdy from my getaway. I return in a couple of days but I had two good adventures I wished to share. First picture is a slow cooked lamb with couscous, tomatoe and almonds. Drizzled in yoghurt. Was super delicious. The lamb was perfect. Second is a sirloin steak cooked medium with green beans and a delicious jus. Was so yum. I've had some other amazing food while on vacay but forgot to take pictures.
