Michael*
Even now, those same Hart clangers are being described as 'uncharacteristic errors' by commentators nationwide. Having said that, Bayern outclassed City to such a degree last night that it feels a tad churlish to criticise individuals. They essentially did to City what City did to United a few weeks back. True, but Harts early mistake turned a difficult task into a nigh impossible one.
Michael*
Wait a minute, Adam Johnson GOAL?You mean when you kick the ball and it goes into the opposition's net? Hmmm. Rings a bell, but only vaguely!

Michael*
^ That Mesut Özil, what a signing. He even provided the assist for Wilshere's smoking coverstory.
Frederick
Of all the reasons doing the rounds for me not becoming England manager, the compensation issue makes most sense. It'd barely make my top 20, Harry.
SympathysSilhouette
Of all the reasons doing the rounds for me not becoming England manager, the compensation issue makes most sense. It'd barely make my top 20, Harry. How about the fact he is a crook that had just been through an embarrassing trial when the FA was vetting him? The FA not hiring him was a rare moment of common sense by them.

Frederick
Articles like this read violently cynical at the time but now Harry Houdini has his sour grapes book out it goes to new levels http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/3284/euro-2012/2011/09/07/2654339/of-course-england-can-win-euro-2012-tottenham-boss-harry

Michael*
'They had players on astronomical wages, being watched by crowds of 18,000 at Loftus Road. It wasn't sustainable; it wasn't right.' So let's sign Chris Samba for £12m and give him £100,000 a week. Harry, you've done it again! Honestly, this book is going to be such a treat. They should do an interactive audio-visual version where Harry reads passages of it through the window of his car.
Michael*
Another day, another manager! Let's see if Gus can break our all-time consecutive passing record (of eight). All he has to do is retrieve the Sbragia blueprint! Shocking scenes from the Academy today as Poyet reaches for a zip on the back of his neck, unzips it and reveals himself to be none other than Paolo Di Canio. HE'S BACK!!! Frederick
Cardiff have suspended their head of recruitment Iain Moody and replaced him with an unknown 23-year-old who was formerly on work experience. Moody helped Cardiff sign summer recruits such as Gary Medel and Steven Caulker in his scouting role. But he has been succeeded by Kazakh Alisher Apsalyamov, who was on work experience at the club in the summer and who is a friend of owner Vincent Tan's son. SympathysSilhouette
We're going to the world cup again, for the first time in a dozen years! To put in perspective just how long ago it is, I was still in college last time we made a WC tournament...
