nothingless Posted July 12, 2007 Share Posted July 12, 2007 i agree 100% with you cypress!!! she better be the next VS head angel. i love alessandra, but al she's realyl good at is doing the catalogue photos. but adriana has the whole package! she takes gorgeous VS photos & has a great runway walk. her walk is so great that she opened and ended several parts of the VS shows. alessandra isnt' even close to doing either....so yea Totally agreeeeeee! Adriana is Staying with Vs. 2. The week of July 16th the angels will be shooting the christmas 2007 commercial and they will be traveling to the caribbean soon after to shoot for the 2008 swim book.3. Adriana came in 4th place on Forbes highest paid models. Giselle came in first with 33 million, Kate Moss in second with 9 million, Heidi Klum in 3rd with 8 million and Adriana with 6 million.Also this was posted on the adrianaflimaforums back in January but I don't believe this posted this here.This is what was written there"Adriana was sad when she broke up with Vince and with her history with her father, Nelson, so she has depression. It's understandable that she would feel depressed also with the issues of her father and apparently in the forum it was menntioned that she was having many conflicts. Models like Ale and Ana Barros, while I think they have attractive faces, are just too 'straight up and down' especially in the hip area. Their bodies are too manly and boyish...not very sexy. I think she is kept more as a spokesperson than her body. I don't really mind her staying for another year. I think her body [stomach and hips] are very much acceptable. After all, you don't want unrealistic body types representing VS.The current angels are probably one of the best combinations of angels with Heidi [a mother], Adriana & Alessandra [in their mid 20s] Karolina [in her early 20s] and Miranda representing the much younger audience/customers.So I have nothing to complain about.. except for the lack of Adriana's new photos from VS!!! urgh!! In that, I TOTALLY agree with you all... Less Ale please!! She is fine, but her image is going down lately.. with the drunk and kissing photos.. She shouldn't be the main face of VS..
