Because its not posted in the GQ editorial on the website, maybe they were outtakes or maybe the owner of the site forgot them?.. Now, whether or not that second picture was printed in the book, I don't know because, sadly, I don't own the book. But what I do, is have a file simply labelled 'Backstage Sexy' and then I put all the pictures from the set in it, including the GQ editorial.
