TooBoku
Someone on staff needs to yell at someone at the Savvis office. They've been screwing your guys. First the "failed" RAID array... the corrupt DB... random lagging at "cr2-pos-0-3-5-1.losangeles.savvis.net" (notice failed is in quotations... it's not uncommon for a lot of these companies to have ill practices like "stealing" parts from a machine and crapp like that) Shit happens but I'm thinking someone needs to shop around for a new ISP or at least yell at someone from this one. This is too many strikes in too short of a time span.

This is too many strikes in too short of a time span. Its not savvis its the server that BZ is on. So like 6months ago we moved from old machine (which was dying under the load of BZ) to the new machine (which recently died cuz the raid fiasco). So we moved BZ back to the old machine temporarily while we obtain a new disk and a hardware raid (instead of software raid which was set before). We should receive the parts tommorow or saturday at which point well go to DC and set it back up onto new machine. Untill then it will be laggy because of the insane load it has. Sry not much we can do.
TooBoku
Weird since It's not the server that's lagging when I tracert.
TooBoku
It's been wanky since before the RAID failure too.... I thought it was on my end at home since I've been crazy with the torrents but I've run tracert and flushdns several times and it's still lagging at the same spot.
