Select some of the messages on Page 1 and send them to your "Sent Items" page. You can view all of the messages on your "Sent Items" page right now. Then you can delete it from your "inbox" and messages from page 2 ect. will come to page 1 . Disclaimer: Moving a message to "Sent Items" will put your name as the "Sent To" person rather than the person who sent it ect. 2. Delete messages you aren't going to read again and that will of course move a message from page 2 to page 1 for every one you delete. 3.
