All I have to say is that it tastes a whole lot better with some water. lol.

Today's Observations...

Dose #6, Day 11, Chest/Back

Workout Nutrition:

-1:00: Sandwich

-0:30: powerbar, plasmavol, creatine

+0:00: powerbar, Guru (energy drink)

during: 2 litres water give or take

+1:00: shake, and then chicken and rice shortly after

Format:

(Forget the max... I've been adding so much lately it's hard to tell what it is anymore. Now I'm just trying to hit failure by 3-4 sets.)

Flat Bench Warmup: 1 set, 10 rep, 2 min

Flat Bench: 3 set, 8 rep, 3 min

Flat Bench: 1 set, failure (7), add 20lbs, 3 min

Bent Over Row Warmup: 1 set, 10 rep, 2 min

BOR: 3 set, 8 rep, 3 min

BOR: 1 set, failure (9), add 20lbs, 3 min

Incline DB Press: 3 set, 8 rep, 3 min (close failure)

Weighted Wide Chinup: 3 set, 8 rep, 3 min

Decline DB Fly: 2 set, 10 rep (slow & controlled), 2 min

Dual Seated Row: 2 set, 10 rep (slow & controlled), 2 min

------------------------------------------------------------

- Recovery time... shorter but waited the same.

- Heart was pumping like crazy between sets. Not faster than usual... just harder. Could feel it in my throat.

- Using considerably more weight than what I'm accustomed to but still banging out the same reps.

- I feel a lot more comfortable hitting failure and then going on to do another exercise.

- Veins are crazy. Nuff said.
