It drives me crazy that Nasty Gal uses such rad models but makes ID'ing them such a pain sometimes. I've seen this blonde model all over their page, but they never provide model stats for her OR they provide the wrong ones (they called her Lais Oliveira and TJ Wallace, both of whom she is clearly not).
