It's pretty common to go into the hospital and have a baby and other procedures (breast augmentation, liposuction, nose job... ect). I thought I read Angelina Jolie was in the Hospital for three weeks after giving birth and all her tune-up's. That first pic just looks to much like a breast job and Mirandas boob's are just too firm and perfect after breastfeeding for 6 or more months. Thoughts?
