hey :) first,when you open a new document,you make the background transparent...and when you're done making your avie or siggy,you go on "Save for web" and save it as png-24.. :) and ofcourse,you make it whatever shape you want it to be... ^_^ hope it helps...

well textures I just open as a new file,cuz basicly it's just a picture that u copy/paste on to avie or whatever...and for brushes...u click on brushes,then load brushes & u just find the folder where u saved them & click on the brush u want to upload to PS and that's that =)
