The actor, 38, has been playing the field since splitting with supermodel Erin Heatherton last November. He’s now dating 21-year-old German model Toni Garrn. “Leo is quite smitten with Toni,” revealed an insider. “She’s just his type, and he’s said quite seriously that she has the perfect genes for motherhood. “Toni has been modeling since she was 13 and is very mature for her age, so it’s not as crazy as it sounds. I agree, in some pictures she looks good, but presummably they may photoshop her i dont know, but if it wasnt for the surgery (fake lips), it kinda ruins her whole face Cintia looks way more natural- shes freaking hot!

Irina Shaik i find definetly looks bad. i dont know why some people find her attractive. probably the plastic surgery on her lips that makes it touch her nose...really not a good look, her nose also doesnt help. nothing really suits her and her candids really do say alot.

Yes she does, its amazing how much a lip injections can do, because to be honest she wasn't even gorgeous before..
