Thank you very much ! I have found both photos (clear and dark) by a pinterest search with keys "juliana herz face black and white" and one of the pin on the result page linked directly to an auxiliary juliana herz index page, so no more doubt...

Brazilian type, looks like Daniela Braga (instagram page @daniela) but this image appears nowhere on pages for her. No labeling has been found on the net.
