She has a business as a personal trainer- but she has been abusing steroids for years. After years of steroid abuse, these women tend to have ultra muscular bodies but their face ages 10-15+ years more than their real age. It destroys the point of using steroids to become more attractive. Sure they are striking from the neck down (often in not a good way) but the face is always the most important part. The whole subculture is pretty odd.
