To be exact different races have different skin care needs and properties based on geography and genetic make up. Asians tends to have higher concentration of collagen in their skin which is why they don't get wrinkles as easily. However their epidermis layer is compacted which interferes with skin care product absorption. Also, Asians are prone to tan more than burn which causes the skin's susceptibility to pigmentation during UV exposure. And they are more prone to having sensitive skin.
