modelknowledge Posted May 26, 2014 Share Posted May 26, 2014 It's not just from an American perspective. A lot of it has to do with who appeared in the magazine more. The same thing goes for FHMs list too. The names toward the top all did spreads for the magazine. It has more to do with cross promotion than an actually acuratte sexy list. The editors choose who goes on the list. The subscribers basically help them choose where on the list the women are placed. So if you had a good editorial in the magazine. You will wind up higher than a model who didn't appear in the magazine but might have been mentioned somewhere. That's how no name models appear higher on the list than some alise celebrities.
