that's why they call her the portuguese Adri - they're not look alikes. what they're trying to say is that she is their version of adriana, because of the similar features they have.

no one can be the next Adriana. there is only one. there's no such thing as Adriana 2.0

when it comes to the other names you mentioned afterwards - most of them i can't even find a similarity whatsoever.
i guess people like to compare others to Adriana because she's the highest standard of beauty to them.
