You forgot how current Angels looked in front of camera at their starts of working for VS?Some of them still aren't particularly good at being interviewed. It takes time. Clauds Posted December 20, 2014 Share Posted December 20, 2014 ^ Adriana is literally the biggest name VS has right now due to the fact that customers love her and even with the thick accent her interviews are still a lot more fun to watch than the others and there's a reason why VS is not letting her and Alessandra go. Candice I do think is a bad spokesperson but I also think Doutzen is boring as fuck and Erin and Lily are not that great either, Miranda always came off as fake as well as Chanel. Lindsay never showed any personality which is why she never managed to be a top girl and why VS probably didn't renew her and she'll probably go down as the least memorable Angel in recent times. Karolina was a natural spokesperson, Heidi was a natural spokesperson, Selita was a natural spokesperson, Gisele was a natural spokesperson. Martha has been doing PR for VS for over a year now and she is still just as bad as she was before, she comes off as awkward/fake/bored in every video, the best she's done was the Macy's parade this year but other than that just nope. Just because you speak English perfectly doesn't mean you can sell something. Like Claudia said, Adriana might not speak the best English, but she is very convincing and believable and that's what is going to make those sales. And she is always seen backstage with papers in her hand doing her research at least. She could tell you every single ingredient or feature of the product. I don't know how many times I see some of these girls like Lily or Behati stand there with this fake ass grin while they're talking and trying to sell something. She might not be that good with lingerie and stuff and this year she was a mess in the show, but when she talks she knows what she's saying and always bring it and tries to sell the product. She sold the product so well she always knew what she was selling. I think Lily is ok. She is the most approachable girl I feel. She's the kind of girl you could have a conversation with and that works in her favour. Adriana is hilarious. Seriously they make me laugh That's what the #WhatAngelsWant video reminds me of, either that or a infomercial. On the topic of good spokespeople, I think it also depends on if the girls are paired up for an event and what it's for. I mean when Doutzen and Adriana were paired together for that Yahoo video it was so great because it was just nice and laidback. Girls like Miranda were good when they did PINK or something, as soon as she had Flynn she basically blabbed about her personal life and told everyone to buy KORA. I don't get why everyone hates Lindsay though, despite the fact she was boring she always knew what she was talking about and solely talked about the product, getting to the point, but she lacked a lot of personality which made nobody interested. Anybody that was an Angel (or made one) between 2000-2008 was fantastic, as well as Rosie and I thought Behati was good at times too in terms of spokesmodels.
