Laffy Posted December 30, 2006 Share Posted December 30, 2006 I would suggest going out and buying an eyeshadow thats the same colour as your eyebrows and using it. It works much better than an eyebrow pencil and professionals use it because it looks more natural. Also you can buy some of that hair growth shampoo that balding guys use and put it on a Q-tip and apply it to your eyebrows once or twice a day.
