I don't think 39" hips could possibly be correct, sample sizes just don't run like that...A friend of mine was getting grief from her agency when she was at 35", that she had to watch out having problems getting bookings at that size... Until recently she was probably ~36'' which is ok for commercial work tho stretching it... but now... 39'' is almost plus size, but I can believe it looking at photos from the Elle gala.
