Jared Leto decided to make his afternoon stroll in New York a lot more interesting on Thursday afternoon. While many stars avoid photographers, the 43-year-old actor impressed with some aerial maneuvers. While he was unlikely to get a ten from the Russian judge, Jared certainly put on a show lifting himself up, swinging around and even changing to another bar mid-swing. His acrobatics made for a quite a sight, bemusing both photographers and usually unflappable Manhattanites. Even if he had not decided to preform gymnastics, Jared would have been hard to miss. For his day of high flying antics in Soho, the star wore a pair of low crutch shorts over leggings with a studded leather jacket featuring skulls and the names of Eighties punk bands including Discharge, The Exploited and English Dogs. But the 30 Seconds To Mars frontman was not done there, accessorised his wild look with a fur-lined Russian hunter's cap - which covered his currently green hair - as well as futuristic boots. Outfit and acrobatics aside, the star's day had been rather sedate with him strolling around Soho, grabbing a coffee and even checking out a bookstore. The afternoon was no doubt a welcome break from his busy filming schedule for Suicide Squad. The musician turned actor is currently shuttling back and forth between New York and Canada to play the Joker. Suicide Squad is about the team of comic book bad guys who are assembled by the government as a deniable asset to undergo extremely dangerous missions in return for reduced prison sentences. Will Smith will play ruthless assassin Deadshot; Joel Kinnaman will stars as mercenary Rick Flagg; Viola Davis stars as military genius Amanda Waller; and Cara Delevingne will play the role of Enchantress. Margot Robbie, 24, will play Dr. Harleen Quinzel whose alter ego Harley Quinn is a love interest of The Joker in the film which is set for release in August 2016. The Mr. Nobody actor has truly transformed himself into a pallid, tattooed, and capped-toothed clown prince of crime. The Thirty Seconds to Mars frontman will be traveling back and forth to Toronto through September as he films the supervillain flick. This week we got the Joker and Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn in a car chase through downtown Toronto, while the rest of Task Force X investigate the scene of a major urban plane crashUnless you were sleeping or off roaming another planet, you couldn't have missed the latest footage of Suicide Squad's Jared Leto caught on set for the first time as the Joker leaked earlier this week. The Toronto set of the DC villain action flick has been one of the most live and porous film shoots we've seen in a while as the movie has basically come together before our social media eyes. After watching an unrecognizable Jared Leto as the Joker and Margot Robbie's Harley Queen engage in an argument in the middle of the highway, we now have incredible new footage of the pair chasing each other through Toronto in rides fit for villains. All the budget the filmmakers have must be going into the shoot, because there seems to be absolutely no security detail to keep fans from continually uploading footage online. But hey, who's complaining? Unfortunately, we'll still have to wait another year catch a glimpse of the final product when Suicide Squad hits theatres in August, 2016. In the meantime, here's another teaser to whet your villainous appetite.While Leto and Robbie were busy using downtown Toronto as their own personal speedway, the rest of the cast -- lead by Will Smith's Deadshot -- was caught on set investigating an elaborately staged outdoor plane crash, providing major insights into the look, not to mention a few plot details, of the upcoming film. In fact, it's looking more and more like the Joker is a separate element from the main Suicide Squad gang, and likely the reason the group, also known as Task Force X, was let out of jail. As the original comic book series goes, the Suicide Squad is a team of super villains that comprise the DC universe.
